Born and raised in Dominican Republic, Dr. De la Rosa studied medicine at Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She completed her Internal medicine residency program at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. In her spare time, she loves to garden and plant roses.
