Dr Novak is a skilled physician with extensive experience in healthcare. As the Medical Director at AdventHealth Apopka, he oversees hospital operations, quality improvement initiatives, and patient care.

He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center where he honed his skills in managing complex medical cases. He is board-certified and has a passion for evidence-based medicine, ensuring that his team delivers the highest standard of care to patients.

Before assuming his role as Medical Director, Dr Novak championed the ER Throughput Committee at Doctor Phillips Hospital and Documentation Committee at Naples Community Hospital to enhance patient experience and outcomes. His commitment to excellence and patient advocacy has earned him recognition within the medical community.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr Novak enjoys spending quality time with his family. He believes in fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment where every patience receives personalized attention and comprehensive medical support.
